This body of work focuses on using found and repurposed objects as a work surface. This allows the work to hold the weight of its past, present and future forms, while exploring themes such as memory, time, age, use, and possession. By both building up, as well as distressing each work, Carrie creates artifacts in which these subject may interact with each other.
